Olivia Henriksson is a Stockholm-based chef and creative working across food, food styling, set design, catering, cooking workshops and food writing.
With a background in restaurant kitchens, food journalism and studies at Restaurangakademien, her work moves between making food, creating settings for it and telling stories around it. From intimate dinners and visual concepts to editorial projects and hands-on cooking, she works across different formats with food at the centre.
She is particularly drawn to sweets, desserts and the spaces where food and aesthetics meet.
She takes on commissions in food styling, event catering and cakes for brands and private clients in Stockholm.
Clients include Byredo, Paco Rabanne, H&M Home, Marimekko, Samsung, Spotify, Sephora and Lyko.
